Booking and confirmation

A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking reference. This may be given verbally, in writing or through the booking system. When making a booking, you are required to state your name, address, arrival and departure date and method of payment. 

 Arrival and departure

The hotel room will be at your disposal from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 12 noon.

The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 18.00 local time.  If you do not guarantee your late arrival or have not prepaid your stay the hotel will cancel your reservation at 18.00.

Cancellation

The cancellation must be made no later than 18:00 local time one day before arrival day. Exceptions apply if agreed at the time of booking. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel after 18:00 local time, you will be charged for one night.  Guarantee of the room after 18:00 only when guest leaves a credit card number as a guarantee.

Other cancellation rules apply for groups which the hotel will confirm upon booking. 

Payment

Payment in advance is required at arrival.  The hotel accept the most common credit/debit cards.

Storage of valuables and luggage and valuables in the room

 The hotel can store your luggage in its locked luggage room. We offer a storage wi but cannot be held responsible for the stored property.

 The hotel has no strict responsibility for property that you keep in your hotel room.

Your own safety

Always note where the emergency exits, alarm buttons and fire extinguishers are located. Check the information on the back of your hotel room door.

For security reason we only allow our staff members and checked-in guests in our hotel rooms and other of the hotels premises.
